      The author describes the actions taken by the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), "Nutrition Action's" publisher, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics covered include the effort of CSPI to call on the administration to lessen the impact of the virus, the support being given by CSPI to low-income families and the attempt of CSPI to urge the U.S. Congress to pass legislation requiring paid sick leave for all workers.
