• Abstract: This paper shows the model that Turkey has made in managing the Covid-19, and ... يتناول هذا البحث النموذج الذي صنعته تركيا في إدارة وباء كوفيد 19 ، وتدابير سياسة تركيا الصحية وإستراتيجياتها في مواجهة الوباء، حيث أدّت التدابير الأولية، حتى قبل إعلان الوباء من منظمة الصحة العالمية، إلى تأخّر دخول المرض إلى تركيا أكثر من شهرين، كما لم يكن الوباء مفاجئًا لنظام الرعاية الصحية في تركيا لوجود خطط مكافحة الأوبئة وتنفيذها منذ عام 2004 . وبفضل الخطوات التي اتخذتها من خلال قطاعها الصحي وغيرها من القطاعات المعنية الأخرى؛ تمكنت تركيا من تخفيف عدوى الإصابة بالفيروس والتحكم بسرعة انتشاره، وتمكنت من التشخيص والعلاج بطريقة فعالة. ويعدّ معدّل الوفيات الناجمة عن كوفيد- 19 في تركيا هو الأدنى بين عدد كبير من البلدان التي تعرّضت للوباء.
